Why do i need an assessor?
We do not provide assessment but can refer you to someone who does. as stated in NYS Article 32 ” Mold Remediation Contractors cannot provide their own clearance post any abatement project. This is the responsibility of the separate and independently Licensed Mold Assessor.” This is crucial because it is illegal for the same company to assess and remediate mold issues.
